They do not make tall claims of being the fanciest restaurant in the capital, but what they do promise is a wholesome meal in a set-up that is comfortable as your home. So sit back and enjoy the Sidewok experience as they plate pan Asian dishes crafted to satiate the gastronome in you.

On our visit, we were wowed by the sleek interiors that showcased Sangam Courtyar’s incredible atrium through the length of the restaurant. The hospitality was immaculate and we dove right in. The Vegetarian Dumsum Basket of Dimsums was the first dish on the table, which gave us the option to include multiple dimsums on the basket. Followed by  Laksa Soup, a type of seafood soup with coconut milk & laksa paste served in a coconut shell. Vietnamese Grilled Chicken starters and Jumbo Prawns with chili oyster sauce were both decadent, although if we were to pick one, it would be the Vietnamese chicken.

Our mains were Crispy Fried Sweet & Sour Pork and a Prawn Clay Pot, and here is where Sidewok’s gastronomy legacy shines. The pork was succulent and perfectly seasoned whereas the Clay Pot was warm, comfortable, and delicious. Find Sidework on the first floor at Sangam Courtyard and embark on your pan-Asian culinary voyage.
